What happens when you hear it said to you?
By your boss.
Imagine a Perfect Day:
When everything comes your way and you can tackle every challenge presented to you,
everything man-influenced,
including the weather and environment,
not forgetting the unexpected changes,
even Murphy's moments.
You successfully overcome them all!
Then you get hit in the head by someone else.
You are hit behind you.
you are hit without you knowing it.
And you double over in shock.
You've accomplished good work,
and it's been the best day of your life thus far,
but it crumbles in a split second.
...and your boss says those words to you.
By your boss.

Know that you've done your best. Be proud of your achievements. Your conscience is clear and you can do no wrong. Brilliance is never overlooked on a long-term basis.
