Struck Down and Disappointed
Given a pep talk, a little dressing-down, a slight reprimand...
Disappointed with myself for having allowed my inadequacy to surface. Am i really a weak leader? Am i only capable of getting things right on the surface? Yet again my failure to foreplan and my management ineffectiveness has been brought up, and i admit i am found wanting.
Maybe i'm not suited for this...?
Quick update:
My business trip got extended from 72hrs to 120hrs, and i'll only be back in SG on Fryday night, afterwhich i'm staying in the office till 9am the next morning 'cos of unfinished business. If anyone wants to meet up, hope to see you soon.
